Bad Blogger

Well I used to be so good at this blogging thing I can hardly believe it's been 9 months since I last posted something. However try living with your inlaws having a new baby and build a house and tell me you have time to blog. However the day has Finally com e and we will be moving into our new diggs on Saturday May the 28th. its about time. I promise to post pics very soon!

Moved but not settled!

Well we are all moved to Cardston...to the farm we are going to be building a new home on a little acreage near the agridome we are very excited but holy man what a process. I don't recommend moving if you are 8 months Pregnant or the stress that goes with it however I'm sure it will be worth it in the end. My inlaws are very nice to let us stay with them until our house is finished I will keep you posted both on the new baby when she gets here and post pictures as the house gets underway.

The Big Day!!!

Well this is the big weekend that my mom is getting married can hardly believe it is already here...to crazy. I tell you being wedding planner and Maid of honor is hard work. However I am super excited for my mom and LaRand and the girls are really excited to be flower girls and for Grandma Allred to be Grandma Lenz especially Sage she really like's her grandpa to be. will post pictures later.!!!

CA Ball

Well here are a few pictures from Our Big weekend in Calgary for Ryan's CA Ball and graduation it was alot of fun. I am so proud of Ryan for getting through all of his schooling and Passing that big exam. I am blessed with a hard working devoted husband who would and does anything for his family. It was nice to have a weekend that was all about him and his achievments and his big accomplishment. It was fun to let loose and did I mention Shake it on the dance floor until after midnight. It was so nice to have Ryan's parents there for the big event they have been such an amazing support to us and our Family especially Ryan over the last 4 1/2 years . Life may throw us challenges and Trials but in the mix we have many blessing to be thankful for. Health Happiness and amazing family.

Soon there will be 3!

For all those just tuning in, we are expecting again! we are due August 29th and I am sure hoping for a boy I am just about 10 weeks and since week six have been dealing with morning until night nausea...it really is no fun. I really ahven't felt like the best wife or mother as all I want to do is sleep and vegg. We are really excited to join the big list of family having babies this year Ryan's sister is Pregnant as well and Due in June so Gus will get a little brother or sister. In other News Ryan passed his big UFE exam to be a CA in December. We just got back on the 24th From Calgary from His big Graduationa and CA Ball it was alot of fun I got to get all dolled up in a fancy dress and Ry in his Tux. We danced until 12:30am and then I was reminded of how old I am getting cause I couldn't wait to go back to our room and pass out I can't handle the late nights anymore! We were in for a big Surprise when we got back to the farm on Sunday as Both my Girls Kenna by far the worst greeted us with drippping goopy pink eye! Sick and now Kenna has had a fever since Tuesday night and I think may be getting croup and Sage was up as well all night last night! So Ry and I had to Tag time and each take a kid and were up until 4:00 Am and Now Ry is at walk in with Kenna and I am home with Sick Sage. The joys of being a parent. As fun as the CA ball was it didn't take long for us to get back to our reality!

OOOPS!

So I would love to post some pictures from Kenna's first Birthday and everything however I made a Boo Boo and lost our camera...I was going to the Garden centre to pick up flowers and edging for around our sidewalk and I was going to take a picture to show the garden people so they could help me with my choices and I set the camera on the trunk of the car so I could buckle Sage in her seat and when I drove off I forgot that I had left the camera on the trunk so it is somewhere or was somewhere in the Hat. I retraced my steps but to no avail. Kenna's birthday was alot of fun I did a halloween themed party and I even made a homemade Pumpkin Pinata! wich the kids loved we had chili burgers, veggies and chips and for the cake we did a pumpkin shaped bundt cake...it didn't turn out exactly as planned but was still cute if anyone can give me some hints on how to perfectly ice a cake without the crumbs and it actually looks smooth I welcome the advice. Ryan is still on the job hunt, I'm still a little in shock after the lay off and still wondering where we go from here..it's a good thing he was trucking on the weekends so now he is doing that as well as bookkeeping and will truck full time in November /December. We are still waiting on news from the interview in Raymond so who knows maybe we will be moving closer to family afterall...this all has just made us realize how much we really love it here in the Hat...But things tend to have a way of working themselves out and in the end you are usually better of so it remains to be seen!

Who's new at the Zoo!

Grandma Vadnais took all of her Grandkids and their moms to the Zoo for a big Grandma day it was alot of fun..better than last year as Sage actually lasted the whole time without so much as a melt down Kenna actually did pretty good I was surprised. It took alot out of them though as they were all passed out on the way home and we had to wake them when we stoppped to eat...thank goodness for DVD players for the long trips well worth the money.

Family Fun

Summer Fun in Kalispel

Kalispel was such a fun time this year we were camped right by the stream which the little kids loved as there was a duck that frequented it, it was so nice to beable to spend time with family especially those we don't get to see as often Sage loved playing with Brett and Paula's kids...the only thing that could have made it better was all the rest of the missing family that never seems to be around anymore for get together's. We are in need of a long overdue Allred family reunion. Summer just never seems long enough.

Canada day 09

This year Uncle Ron and Aunt Val made a stop at our house for Canada Day on their way to see Ash & Curtis in Saskatchewan it was nice to have them out for a visit it was a pretty low key Day we had dinner and visited and than we took them out to see the fireworks for the Sandfly festival they were amazing Uncle Ron had a nap while waiting for them to start although I'm not sure how, as the band was fairly loud and even more amazing Kenna slept through the whole thing. Sage was in Awe this year of the fireworks it was a fun time.

FHE @ Echodale

Before Echodale got filled with water at the beach area and it became a crowded mess we decided to take the girls there for a walk and to see the geese. Sage loves the outdoors and exploring nature and Kenna too is catching the outdoor bug as well.

MMM Carrots!

We started feeding solids to Kenna around 3 months ago and as you can tell she couldn't be happier this kid could care less about nursing she's to busy with the world around her.

fun At the Farm

Sage loves the farm and as you can tell she doesn't care if she is fully dressed or not as long as she has gum boots on she's ready to go. Unfortanately the Animals on the farm have all the kids to deal with Billy can't even have a nap without being harassed.

Lazy or Busy I can't decide!

Well it's apparently been a while since I posted..I have pictures to add however they are in my sister inlaws vehicle as I left it there when we went to Flo Rida!...that's right I got the night off from motherly duties to pretend I still had it, it was a blast. My kids are getting big as ever! Sage will be in Primary next year can you believe it? and Kenna already has 2 teeth. I am very busy as of late with Enrichment responsibilities but loving the challenge I am busy making bows and Nylon headbands and thinking about taking cake decorating classes so I can work with fondant. I am really looking forward to holidays..and September being here and gone if that makes sense. Ryan is crazy busy this summer with his last two CASB modules and writes his big UFI in September and if he passes he will have his CA very exciting. I'm REALLY hoping he passes for two reasons I'll get to see him more and a bigger paycheck.. oh wait maybe three reasons VEGAS in January anyone wanna come? Well Time to go but I will add pics after this weekend at the Farm.

Bathtime is the main event at our house you can't turn on the water in the bathroom without Sage stripping down and asking to have a bath and she loves when Kenna joins her being the big soster has really grwon on her.
